WARRANTY IS VALID WITH A DATED PROOF OF PURCHASE FROM AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER
Your small kitchen appliance is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from any manufacturing defects under normal use and conditions for one (1) year, cord excluded. This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of this product.
Retail stores/merchants selling this product do not have the right to alter, modify or in any way revise the terms and conditions of the warranty.
If you use your appliance for household use and according to instructions, it should give you years of satisfactory service.
At its sole discretion, Lil’ Chef Shop LLC will either repair or replace the product found to be defective during the warranty period.
The repaired or replacement product will be in warranty for the remaining balance of the one-year warranty period.
Consumer’s remorse is not an acceptable reason to return a product to our Service Center.
This limited warranty does NOT cover normal wear of parts or:
Product Purchases that were listed as USED, LIKE NEW, OPEN BOX, or REFURBISHED from Outlet Shops or Online Retailers.
Damages caused by unreasonable use, neglect, normal wear and tear, commercial use, improper assembly or installation of product
Damages caused in shipping
Damages caused by replacement or resetting of house fuses or circuit breakers
Defects other than manufacturing defects.
Breakage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, lack of proper care and maintenance, or incorrect current or voltage.
Lost or missing parts of the product. Parts will need to be purchased separately.
Damages of parts that are not electrical: i.e. cracked or broken plastic/glass, scratched/dented inner parts.
Damage from service or repair by unauthorized personnel
Extended warranties purchased via a separate company or reseller.
Acts of God such as fire, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc.
This warranty does not apply to re-manufactured merchandise.
Lil’ Chef Shop LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty. Apart from the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in time to the duration of the warranty.
This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the USA and Canada: product usage, which is in violation of the written instructions provided with the unit, will void this warranty.
This warranty gives you special legal rights and you may also have other rights to which you are entitled which may vary by state, province, and/or jurisdiction.
*This warranty policy applied to Lil’ Chef Shop products used strictly for non-commercial purposes. The warranty is valid for consumers who use the products solely for personal, household, or non-commercial use.
Commercial use of the product is explicitly excluded from this warranty. Any usage of the product in a commercial setting or for financial gain, including but not limited to restaurants, cafes, bakeries, pastry shops, bars, beverage establishments, community or domestic kitchens, food trucks, hotels, hospitality, or any other business.

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer FREE shipping to the US (Lower 48 States) and Canada on all orders of $99 or more after any discounts or promo codes are applied. Inventory availability may affect delivery time. Additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply for other US addresses, the final cost will be calculated at checkout. Shipping methods may vary based on countries and addresses.
Once your order arrives, please examine it for any damages that may have occurred during shipping. If a product is damaged during transit, we sincerely apologize about any unforeseen events which are beyond our control. Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt to report the damages.
Return Policy
If a product purchased from Lil’ Chef Shop does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The item must be packaged and in original condition (unused, unmarked, and in saleable condition). Any opened and/or used items are not eligible for return except for product defects.
Return Process
For all returns, please contact us at info@lilchefshop.com within 30 days of purchase and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
All returned products must be accompanied by all original packaging and accessories including all warranty cards and product manuals. Missing contents will result in a reduced credit amount.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges except for product defects or a shipping error on our part.
Late or Damaged Returns – Please ensure that you return the product within 10 days of receiving the return confirmation. Your return item must be properly packaged, and secured to prevent any damage during transit. Please use original packaging or a sturdy box with proper padding and sealing before sending out the return package. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed if products are damaged, missing accessories/parts/manuals, or returned late.
All Lil’ Chef Shop accessories and refurbished products are final sale (no returns).
Refunds
Once your return is received, our service team will inspect the product and based on the requirements listed above. Once approved, we will email and notify you regarding your refund as soon as possible.
A refund will be processed through your original method of payment within 10 business days following return approval.
